Iron & Grit started in 2016 in a warehouse with a squat rack and a heavy bag. Marcus wanted a gym that felt like a team — not a membership mill. Eight years later, the squat rack is still here. So is the culture. We train hard, we look out for each other, and we leave the attitude at the door.
